MORE IMPORTANTLY the guild is going batshit because all of our character and family names are now at risk because of duplicates LMAO

People are imploring the company to give us free re-name coupons but a lot of players have nearly 30 characters (I do) so that's a big ask

We have a few Thai members in our guild and we were asking them to check duplicates lol

They can read the website, basically. The rest of us just stumbling through

I asked them to look up mine as well and all I got in reply was
