I am okay and June Bug is okay and the house is okay

no power and no internet, cell phone signal comes and goes

lots of fallen trees, blocking every street so I can't get out... took down power lines and some fell on houses. none on my house nor the yard. took june bug for a walk because she's been holding it in since last night.

lots of neighbors out helping clear the road and cutting down trees but... massive job, not going to get power back soon I think

university closed today, tomorrow, and likely Friday

thank you everyone! finally able to see your messages. I had almost no signal. I drove to my friend's house in Tallahassee and we have walked the dogs.

they are estimating Sunday for power back but 97% of the city is out of power so I think I'm staying here for a few days!
