So I planted kumquat seeds and a few seeds are starting to grow... and a cat pooped on it. There goes the theory that they don't like the smell of citrus. 
Fortunately cat didn't bury it too deep and I was able to scoop most of it out. Maybe the seedling will make it.

Yeah. The little baby plant doesn't smell citrusy. Now it smells like poop.
