I took the card and stared like "I was expecting this in the mail in like a month or something"
and the woman helping me just said point blank
"We have a lot of elderly here. They don't have time to wait for a mailed license."
I stared more and LMAO regretfully said "But if that's really why, should you really be giving them licenses at all?"
