Guys... just in time for spooky season I just learned a wild fact about Pennsylvania. Unless a municipality has a specific zoning ordinance against it... It's totally legal to bury people in your back yard.
there isn't a requirement that you prove you can maintain the property for a long time?
i know some places require you to prove that you're going to be able to maintain a private cemetery or something

illuminations: Maybe? I only know the basics because we have a policy at the hospital about releasing bodies/bits to people other than the coroner and funeral directors.
If a family wants to bugger off with their loved one and they have the paperwork we can't tell them no.
