Do you ever think about how we're on a planet in outerspace, spinning in the middle of nowhere... and we sorta won the planet lottery... and it all happens so fast... we are here, then gone... just thinking about how crazy life is... and how i lose perspective of the "big" picture LOL... which is that i'm somewhere lost in space! hahah

Seeing big things like closeup photos or animations of things like the sun totally scares me. The sheer size. And how small earth is. And how small on earth WE are.

And if you then read shit like "Stephenson 2-18 is a red supergiant located 20,000 lightyears away. It is 2,150 times larger than our sun and 440,000 times more luminous. Around 10 billion Suns could fit inside Stephenson 2-18."

Looking at the stars can be mind-boggling, and I think being in the ocean is similar...we are so tiny compared to the number of aquatic creatures and just how massive any ocean/river/lake is. Yet somehow we get to make connections, think and feel and love...so we are doing okay ♥

i love contemplating it when i am worried or stressed. sorta puts it all into perspective for me (in that moment) i mean... we don't even beat our own hearts!! we can't NOT breathe!! it's crazy... and i heard a talk about how we are all connected with everything and it was so hard to imagine but then I thought of in SL when i do the wire frame...
