Does the abortion issue need a 2/3 win?

stevebob: I doubt it’ll happen, but it would be hilariously ironic if the abortion issue got 60% plus. Only 50% plus is required but when the Republican legislature saw this was going to be on the ballot, they tried to jack the requirement up to 60% in a special election in August. THAT was soundly beaten down.

That was a positive harbinger, but this is going to come down to who gets out the vote, I think… And it’s pretty obvious who has the most passion on the topic. So I guess we shall see.

Yes! And at least CNN has called Marijuana a "yes" as well.

Currently very similar numbers between the two issues, even though the by-county results are very different in the Appalachian south
