One of my therapists implied I have hypermobility in my hands because I just... have too much space between my bones and little muscular mass. And that's why I'm in pain/get calcium deposits/tendinitis so often since I was very little.

And I lost a bunch of weight so I'm not even overweight anymore so they can't attribute it to being fat cause I'm not

the therapist is actually helping a lot but he suggested that 10 sessions aren't even enough to start building the muscle i need in my hands. Augh. What if I end up losing mobility on my right one? I'd die
