sis is 1 month post of bariatric surgery. She's healing ok except she is really gassy. Its causing her to vomit whatever food or water she tries to eat. She's already taking PPI , MMT and simethicone but the doctors not sure why she keeps vomiting. 
This is making her weak but other than that the surgery area and all are all are healing okay.

bare in mind that Bariatric surgery is quite a new thing in my country so resources and understanding are scarce

Could be her body still needing to adjust.. it’s a pretty drastic change. hope it’s nothing troubling and she feels better soon.
