I have officially an iron deficiency which explains everything that has been happening to me since... idk I forgot. Long enough 😅 They had to run specific blood tests to find out.

Like, no wonder I don't have energy to draw like I used to??? I thought I was just getting older but no? Apparently people have more energy to do stuff through the day.

yeah being anemic for years...it's amazing how much energy I have after I get an iron infusion.

(we're still trying to figure out why I keep having anemia, alas.)

Oh man yeah I've been extremely iron deficient before and it sucked. glad that it's something relatively treatable!
