Basic rule is: If a tag is linked to a LARP, any sheet it's attached to isn't allowed unless explicitly allowed by that LARP, as it's a private tag.

Then the hierarchy of disallowal goes from generic to specific. If you disallow a tag, you can allow a series or singular sheet. If you disalow a series you can allow a sheet.
