First day back to work was Tuesday, which was mildly overwhelming because of inbox volume, so I put on a focus playlist, which worked beautifully. It was 1hr 45min, which was kind of great for break-taking, but bad because it needed replaying....
Chose another today, and hit the mental "I need a break" moment about 2hrs in and thought, "How's the playlist doing? Am I close to hitting the end?" 'Cause I don't want to take a break, dive back in, and then have it end in the middle — it breaks flow!
