We don't do a theme, never even thought about that. How does that work?

We have challenges based off of areas our kids need to work on to prepare them for the assessments.

To start off the teachers made an air guitar video full of laughs but stressing to do their best.

Similar- we used data to see weak areas then created challenges on those weaknesses. Kids get to play guitar hero in teams as they continue

Wow, that sounds very interesting and I bet the students love it! I can't picture it in my mind though

My only reward system is a movie party afterwards if kids do their best and extra recess for each formative the whole class passes

But that was exhauting this year with 25 students and I think I should have not used the formatives and just done more hands on lessons

instead of the formatives for reinforcement

Ours was Wii time. You get to pick when and what you do.

Last year we had tshirt incentive. If you did a certain job, you received a certificate and a tshirt.
