ooh! Fun! It's been ages since I went to one.

i haven't been since early last summer, and this is really my first time going just for fun in about ten years.

I played tenor drum in his pipe band for a couple years.

that rules. i'd really like to try drumming (i KNOW i could play bass drum), but haven't committed to anything yet.

Hee, yeah, tenor drummers are the ones that twirl the floofy sticks. Doesn't take much drumskillz.

oh, i know. that's the best part. i'd get a(nother) kilt and a sideways sporran, with no real talent needed.

i'm getting too old to dance (and be in good shape) all the time, but i want to be involved somehow. i would feel incomplete without it.
