it didn't used to be that way, but now that fewer and fewer people/companies...

own more and more of the media, it's what they want. It's now about what dives ratings and profit.

Net, I agree. I don't even read or watch anymore. Forst of all, pretty much everything is out of my hands and second, why live my life

it is a fact that the media wants to evoke emotion, because that can lead to certain behaviors...it's not always fear on the agenda

imagine if you had the power to send out a message to make people feel a certain way and then they start acting a certain way

you would feel like a God, and the elixir of that power would take control pretty quickly
