I'm scared of hornets so I mark their relative sizes...

I don't mind them as long as they aren't charging at me.

they will also attack you if they see you threaten another one of their own. ...and DON'T EVER go underwater to try and escape them...

they aren't stupid like most other flying stinging things, they will WAIT for you to resurface. They know you have to breath.

Heh. I read one of the Vampire Hunter D books that had an ant part in it. My imagination made it worse. >.<

a few years ago I was stung on the ear by a hornet or wasp or something and it hurt like crap... so I don't like flying stinging things.

she has been stung many, many times by different' flying stinging things. Heh.

it depends on many things. One...how good it got you, how much poison was injected, what species of wasp/bee it was.

among other things. Also depends on the age of the insect. The younger they are the more pain involved(generally)
