will having a talk help? anyway i used to have this manager in my company who didnt like me. he was always very curt n sometimes hostile

towards me.. then i had a talk with him.. and a couple of other colleagues.. n i realised that he is.. like a woman. haha.. so i jus treated

him like a woman (as in, the way he thinks).. (he minds all the small li'l things, etc) and after that things became better.

sigh.. such is life i suppose.
