When I was still in college, we have a cat that goes in my room and then sleeps beside my pillow.

I know my cats watch me - they wait for me to wake up because they know they'll get fed if I do!

my cat does this to me all the time. If I don't wake up and notice her quickly enough, she meows loudly in my ear to help me along.

I thought that was an excellent demonstration of the "old myth" of cats stealing your breath

But in the movie didn't it show that the cat was there to SAVE the baby? Cause a little monster was really the stealer of breath?
