That's cool. I own a gaming store called Gamers Haven. That is practically all we do every day. D&D and MTG.

We will carry stuff like that eventually. Since we just opened 3months ago... we are still building our inventory. Making good money too.

oh, so it's newly opened! You should get a website up soon, too. How did the alara pre-release go on your side?

We didn't get to do a pre-release since we are new. But we had a booster draft on the 1st and made quite a bit of money. It went well.

oh yeah, forgot about that. I've been hearing stories about sellers breaking 3k boosters at events like that though.

If I remember right there was a MTG release for Alara Reborn just this last weekend.

Yup yup. We made almost 600 american dollars. Considering we are new that is pretty good.

Question, do you guys carry DC Vs? Cause our local store here no longer does due to the entire Vs playing community getting mired in...

Not at the moment. But we add more inventory all the time. We are still relatively new so we don't have a lot to offer a.t.m.

Ahh. Also, the market for it is a lot smaller than the one for Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon and MTG.

Yeah, the guy who used to run the tournaments quit over some dang thing or the other, then they lost the venue, next thing you know...

... no one's playing anymore and all of a sudden, I'm forced to buy the last Marvel Vs. pack in the county.

Drama always exists in any sufficiently large group. Plus, it's geeks, who are notoriously bad at dealing with people to begin with...

We've had to undergo at least four or five permutations for our local pushers. One time was really bizarre as the owners didn't pay their...

... taxes so our friend who was managing the store quit, and took his entire customer base with him to another store which used...

... to just be a hobby store, but now thanks to him carries comic books as well.
