Lyons and Sterling both use it. However, I can not answer how Sterling is using it since I am not in those circles.

we are using it, and data is used to help with placement of students both advanced and in need of assistance

we are trying to start using data more to help with curriculum and areas that we need to cover with certain groups but it still needs work

from what I have heard, that is exactly what they are doing in both places.
