it takes a loooooong time, particularly with the Premium version... but worth the wait! toys toys toys

it did install. geez it took a long time. Then I discovered that I had to open Premiere to Trial the software.

Because it's student edition, I have to send away for the license key which takes upto 7 working days.

Thankfully Adobe London had an answer service which pointed people with that problem to the adobe website
