i sleep with my window open...

freezing but not because i fell asleep "studying" (really just flipping pages and highlighting stuff) with a beanie and scarf on

because fresh air = alertness

this is what i learnt when i googled how to stay awake

you don't shut windows if you're cold and studying...you dress warmer
