woohoo for grillin'!! what's for dinner?

I'm on my way over!
He has to put it together first... and it's not even out of the truck yet!
oh ok. Understands. But we will be there tomorrow then.
i put ours together in an hour. he should be ok. we are grilling steaks and corn tonight!
MMMmmm... then we should all go to AG's house!!
and then your place on Sunday Pam! I got it all planned.

am I too late?
Never too late!!
ooh I'm bringing some marinated chicken!
Good, since I would know a marinated chicken if it bit me on the a$$!
I am
*the* source for grilled chicken. Everyone loves it. Always juicy and tender. I love grillin'
I wish I had one. It's just the temp of the grill I think, searing the juice in and constant turning!
What about the marinade? Can you maybe post it for the uninformed griller?
Never thought of the searing. Will have to try that!
if you get a package of big fat chicken breasts, slice them in half so that they're thinner, like patties, and then marinate them
...and what temp is the grill supposed to be at? Does searing mean it's at a very high heat and cooks quickly?
i use teriyaki w/pineapple marinate
so i thin them, and put them in a gallon size ziploc and dump in marinade
yes it's bottled by the bbq sauces
honey mustard is great too
but the grill & teriyaki is a great flavor
then fire up your grill, and close the lid
let it heat up to 350-400 degrees
open it up and throw the chicken on there quickly and close the lid
then flip it every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes
depending on how thin it is
you can put them on a whole grain bun with a slice of swiss, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, mayo & a bit of ketchup
Excellent! Sounds delicious... and like I need to go to the store! THANK YOU!
Boneless, skinless, right??
you kinda butterfly the fat ones, kwim?
to expose the tender inside - it soaks up the marinade
TYVM! See, I am a bad cook... Yes, at least I know that...
taking out chicken for dinner.
I have to go buy some. Need milk, anyway.
I am a terible cook - but I make up for it on the grill!!
even if it rains, I can still use the grill!
Oh I have my hubby hold an umbrella over my head. I've grilled in the rain and snow. I love grilled chicken!
I've already told Arthur that Leanne's chicken will be the first meat on the grill!
blushing. Now I just hope you do it right.
