profanity, sexaulity, vulgarity...a lot of parents want their kids completely protected from that stuff.

THEY want to be the ones telling you what you can/can't, should/shouldn't, etc.

i dont think its up to the school system/government to filter what we can and cannot read, i think thats solely up to the parents

but all the profanity and sexaulity si part of life, you can't protect your kids from learning about sexaulity and such

i agree...and it makes it less forbidden if you can TALK about it with your parents, teachers, etc. If you can't talk, you can't make good

yea exactally. people are more likely to go out and do/try things like that if therye always just told not to do it. but if its talked about

theyll understand the situation more. parents sometimes dont realize that avoiding certain subjects is hurting us in the long run when

they think therye protecting us
