Yes and no; there are other consequences, and I am mostly against private healthcare, but here, that isn't the point - we do have it anyway.

Thus the advertisements misrepresent the situation even at a very basic level, let alone anything deeper.

Comically, the man fronting the advertisements is an utter fraudster as well.
