Hmm. In theory, if folks go with the private insurers doesn't that give the NHS more money per capita for those that remain?

Yes and no; there are other consequences, and I am mostly against private healthcare, but here, that isn't the point - we do have it anyway.

Actually, I prefer national health to private health. I've still got to pay for the former, and I can't afford the latter anyway
