The 6.9 was a doozy.

I was on my way home from the girlfriends house at the time when it hit.

I was reaching for the dictionary from the bookshelf behind my desk, which promptly fell over on me.

I got under my large oak desk and got shook back out. That was both long and strong.

It was very weird. No real damage around me, though.
