A lot of people I know dont end up doing what they went to school for. By a lot, I mean everyone I know.

But I actually figured out that my passion was in the arts, visual arts and design, so I decided to just work my career toward that

And, like everyone else had said--no schooling is a waste of time. It builds different kinds of skills. Mostly, college = test of endurance

i was Computer Science and there is no way in hell i will be doing programming for living. i would srsly die young... but that's just me

and they make little to no money. i had no degree and i was making over 40000 a year. thats like the starting salary for any business job

i would venture to say that it is unwise to think that a degree is worthless in the long run. Even if you don't do what you "intended" to do
