no it does not. it just tells me who i can nominate. it doesn't at all tell me what kind of a plurker this contest is looking out for.

in simple terms: who will win this? that is basically what i believe a lot of people want to know. i mean. we don't just randomly nominate

without knowing what kind of a plurker is this contest for. how will the nominations be judged? based on what criteria? that's the question.

this is a contest run for the community by voters, so you can very well choose your friends if you like as long as they are active

and meet the 41 karma requirement

we are merely organizers who are narrowing down those that were most nominated

and once we have the list of candidates we will ask you to choose from there

we can't personally judge any of the Plurkers because we may not know them

this is why we are asking people to nominate others, because it would be the Plurkers who know them best

but if you're really concerned there are several thing to keep in mind

they should be active, interesting, and all around entertaining in their own way
