NO... i can't run these pics... i asked for high res and he said don't worry about it. the pics are even lower res than 72 dpi

you don't have to upload high res to a website... it's only required for print.

no, it's used as a database for apts. it's pretty poorly done... a train wreck. however not as bad as the re link you've disclosed.
