u should try having soup. Read somewhere, soup is a good way to kill hunger and maintain a good diet.

bfast - 4-5 pieces of bread with kaya or peanut butter- if ur hungry in the noon, milk n cereals will do,dinner-stay away from oily food

exercising by taking a walk-30minutes+energy bar and cereals milk in the afternoon and light dinner before 9pm = huge result

Once ur body are use to it u wont get hungry so easily and cereals is reli a healthy alternative when ur hungry :-)
