well, we're given a few chances to defer, so we can complete studies mah.

i think the change is u cannot stop NS to enter uni & then resume the last few mths of NS later on.

i think that ir wrong too... nw friends are defering the last 2 months to enter uni this year...

i think that was the last batch allowed? my frens who are entering this yr said they can't anymore.

my friends are supposed to ord this sept, but they are defering this july...
