I recently found this little gem on a virus infected PC I was working on. ½.ws/v. Just a warning, it may show up as a virus.
But, by itself, it shouldn't infect your computer.
The only thing with 1/2.ws is that I'm not sure how to type that—especially on a windows box.
(And I don't really want to memorize xn--12-c6t.ws.

On windows, you can just go to the character map. Or, there is a handy dandy bookmark URL shortener. So, you put it in your bookmark bar
And press it on the page you want to shorten the URL of.
But, just for you, I registered onehalf.ws. It should redirect within the hour.
