try staying away from the computer

computer geeks usually have delayed sleep syndrome

didn't get to sleep until 0400

patched one of his rediculious catalyst applications until he passed out

notices that working (or trying to) is usually the best remedy for insomnia

notes that 2 glowing screens in front of his face just woke him up more

even the blinking of a monitors power button wakes me up. Not as sobering as coffee though.

that's why it's called "sleep mode" when they automatically turn off

turns many items off ...
