i haven't used skype in probably a year

does it not work correctly/efficiently/well? Admittedly, I have no IM friends in say, Zanzibar, but if I did I'd IM w/o int'l fees, yes?

i recall it working just fine, i just never needed it cuz i always IM people in-world
