even worse when they say they've delivered, and left a card and do neither... then the card arrives via the postman route later in the day

it was EMS tracked, so I caught the guy out and reported him.

that happens here too, with the postie delivering a card but the parcel man hasn't even tried (I know, I'm home all day!) V annoying

so frustrating!
