Checking back on Vimeo, which I abandoned because I suspected their "gameplay video" rules would result in a lot of unwarranted deletions.
I put it to you that their rules have not improved in that regard!

It seems that my suspicions were confirmed; there are several reports of machinima content having been deleted.
WHAT I SAID, M'AM. 
Vimeo is no longer the refuge of the machinimist anymore.

It seems as if everyone left about six months ago, hence the lack of much further complaint.
it's not for want of the team attempting to do something right!
