Although there are vaccines that are now available to combat the virus & make us immune from it, COOPERATION is still the key - both government and society. Sadly, while most governments and health experts across the globe advised the public to follow basic health protocols, there are still people who tend to 'test' the system, and some even breach protocol.

No matter how competent or not a government is - regardless if it is here in the Philippines or elsewhere - there is still surge in COVID-19 cases. And no matter how strict or how long a lockdown is, there are still casualties
