woke up late, all lazy, didnt feel like doin my hair so I had to let it all comb down..walk in da office, colleague said I look like a kido!

呼~~~ 終於回到家了!!! 8點下班、本來跟兄弟們都約好去健身 但都突然有事害我到gym都已經9點了......後來就自己狂練兩個半小時!!! 健身前 - 小不悅、健身後 - 開心~~~

Holy cow, 40 pick ups for today and tomo, oh boy I can see me OT till 9pm at least today and tomo......no I wanna go work out in da gym!!!

Damn, am really getting old...stay up late till 3 last night, went out for late nite munchies (white castle), got up for work N feelin dizzy

today lies between evil N good!! Went to workout after work for 2 hours (arms are mad sore)...but now shall go to da datrk side!!
