State of mind? Lemme see.

pic 1 and 2 = High School 40th reunion, homecoming parade (Class of '85 represent in all our rock-n-roll glory) and then the 'dinner', the next night. Yes I snuck the shark onesie into the dinner and then had my friend ask the DJ to play a slow song while I surprised the fuzzy one with a dance to Journey's 'Faithfully.

My 40th high school reunion comes up this October. Oh man. Well, at least I can fit back into my black leather jacket again!

Everyone, this is Kevin talking to my hubby. Kevin is named Kevin because as a male Bielefelder, he has a white spot on his head, & his is in the shape of a heart. So Kevin - Heart. So this is Kevin. Kevin is also curious, chill, & very in the now. And in the know. & all the others are now semi officially 'not-Kevin'.

I get so caught up in the real world so much, and then I get so embarrassed and feeling horrible that I haven't been on Plurk in AGES and miss you all so much, and then I finally drag my hanging head back in here and am greeted with so much love and friendship and acceptance...

I don't deserve you all, but I am so damned glad you're here.

IN OTHER NEWS --- THERE IS THIS!

Well, for every 2 steps forward we take a large step back. Still, it's almost going forward, right? At least we're facing the right direction? Maybe?

I am done adulting. I need an adultier adult to adult all this adult stuff for me. I quit. if you need me (and gods help you if you need me) I will be in my bed, in my Cthulu pajamas with my tentacle wig on my head, under the heated blankets, eating ice cream and reading fantasy books about elemental house witches, and ogres who run bookshops

So, I am going to consider this end of 2024 issues & NOT a beginning of 2025 issue - Bear came down sick on Friday, Dec 27th. I just brought him to the ED. Fever, shakes, body pain, coughing so hard he hurt something inside, extreme sweating, etc. Covid tests came back negative.
