MFP users: If you take a couple days break for some beer and bad food, do you 1) keep updating it so it can silently judge you, or 2) just start again in a few days and hope you don't shock the hell out of it?

It's the weekend! I had a busy week, now I'm cutting loose for a couple days of drink and bad food.
