I have the worst shoulder pain in my right shoulder. I've had it for over a week and it seems to be getting worse

Ok TMI but......... now im losing weight and exercising im getting a rash on the back of my knees and its soooooo damn annoying and its not even hit here. This is gonna suck in summer
