Phew, I think I have figured out the repeat, finally!!! Well, it is light out, the birds have awakened, time to go to bed.

3 am, why does figuring out a pattern seem to work best in the middle of the night?!!

Did a "walk at home" exercise, I feel so good about my self! Also I feel al sticky.
