Post-treadmill water time. I always have a bottle of water before, during, and after the treadmill. I hate overheating/getting dehydrated.

I love the automated power outage reporting system. They were able to tell me the outage affects 2261 customers and should be back @ 3:20am.

Holy cow. It's been teeming all day, and right now it looks like a monsoon out there. We have flood warnings galore online & my NOAA radio.
