my therapy was ok today. Did better than yesterday in somethings, stayed about the same in a couple others. Bad night..knee jerks

my foot is swollen from all the therapy I did today...really not comfortable

did more therapy on my knee today. I've decided to postpone the left knee until the right one is stronger.

I had my first therapy session & was told I did great. Very little pain, which is even better!

a lil pain this morning, but nothing compared to yesterday morning. Hoping for a shower..really want to wash my hair!

I am now over in Rehab. Pain is much better & I bent my knee to 95 degrees! I can also put some weight on it now! Yea!

tomorrow is the day. Had a lovely night tonight. Now to get things ready for tomorrow & the next 2 weeks.

my nephew came over last night with corned beef & cabbage. So nice of him..he doesn't eat red meat but wanted to do something for me!
