just at Tim Horton's with a friend. I'm going to go to bed early and read Prep - I`m really enjoying it.
having a snack (banana bread). I worked in the garden for a few hours) and
really hungry. I'm going to make breakfast for myself.
just waking up. I've been tracking my weight each Monday. Today- stayed the same. Have lost total of 38 lb.
signing out as I'm really tired but I'll be back tomorrow. ( It is raining
