Rob has extensive insurance operations consulting experience at over 40 general and life insurers where he has led or assisted in operational transformation, digital and cognitive/AI program development and core system modernization implementations.

Rob has held Senior Executive positions at international insurers (ACE/Chubb, GE Capital), Big Five consulting firms (Accenture, Pricewaterhouse) and in running IBM’s Global Insurance Cognitive and Analytics practice.
