But now I need to stop to use any social app,and finish the task I put in schedule today.

我也發現平常上班工作到一半等電腦跑的時候會滑一下手機，腦內頻道就需要一直切換
非常耗費能量

然後我試著只在算圖的時候用手機
或是乾脆不用 改成看書

整天心情好很多 也不會那麼累
