肉鬆專賣店,兼職上班賣海產,自己做的肉鬆,堅持溫體豬肉,每次都是在民族路公立屠宰場立即取貨後製作,不添加防腐劑及其他香精和豆粉等,所以我的肉鬆期限都是3個月,因製作過程須烘烤4個小時以上,水分不利微生物發展,所以不要放冰箱,反而易生細菌,外型雖然很粗,但這也是肉品要新鮮才能製作,與空氣接觸1-2小時,會變肉脯,有肉的感覺。
