why these walking and running stuffs seem to improve my stamina a lot. I used to feel lethargy all day long just a few days ago.

people are just like elevators. Some bring you down all the time, and some going up above you. No matter what, it's most ridiculous to stay in front of the elevator buttons, not knowing which one to press.
