cant believe i just had a take out whopper with cheese meal from the Film City Burger King! swiper wheres the discipline all gone?

a saturday taking it easy at least to start with. then a little knock off shopping and retesting the pishat 2night, which will be wonderful!

TGIF and its overcast. lots to do as usual 2day but looking fwd to the weekend in a yes/no sort of way, nevertheless things are looking up!

end of a sad day. the last of a generation Harry Patch was laid to rest. an evening of reflection now but back into the fray in the morn!
